- I'm a mom. I'm a teacher. I'm an artist, a friend, and a student. I did my first blog post in August of 2009 as an experiment; so I could look back in time and see where I was. I just found out I have Chiari I. This is a document of my journey. The irony of my blog title is that if the surgery goes well, I won't spend as much time in bed, and just may get an extra 2 hours out of every day.
You may or may not remember me, as it would require you to think back to a decade ago. But Kathryn shared your blog with me today, and my heart is instantly broken.
